This First Day Cover was issued in 1934 to honor the Trans-Mississippi Philatelic Expo Souvenir Sheet and is Scott Catalog #751a. On the day a stamp is issued, it is only available in the city where it is issued and the Post Office certifies this by canceling the stamp “First Day of Issue.”
