1950's “Walt Disney’s Official Mickey MouseGetar” Carnival Toys 6-String Guitar-Walt Disney Productions/Tunetown USA- It is a Cowboy Mickey, style # 95408, and a very rare style in it's original package and like new condition. I believe this is as mint as you will ever find and still in the original package. Very Rare ! Overall size of package with guitar inside is 31"x 12 1/2" x 3"
This is a 1950's Walt Disney's Official Mickey MouseGetar, a six string instrument that is still new in its original packaging. Note that Mickey Mouse is wearing cowboy boots and western clothing. This is a rare full profile of Mickey which should really appeal to that Disney Cowboy Collector. This Guitar is made in the USA by Carnival Toys, Peoria, IL. and is Style No. 95408. No bar code or zip code on the packaging, and this beauty has been kept dry and out of sunlight all these years. The guitar is a six string guitar still inside it's original plastic wrap and cardboard packaging. It appears to be in original, as made, condition.  Packaging states for children over 4 years and it states it is from TUNETOWN, USA at the top. "Walt Disney Productions - Carnival Toys" is  stamped on the edge of the guitar. The style # (95408) is printed on the bottom of the package just below the guitar itself.
I do see two or three holes in the plastic packaging, especially
at the bottom of the cardboard package and a big one over
Mickey’s Foot.  There are also bends to the cardboard
on the packaging, especially at the bottom of the packaging,
on the left and right bottom edge,  but keep in mind this is
60 plus years old.   An amazing estate sale find, please
examine all the pictures carefully and ask any questions
