    Description

    Fender Kluson Single Line Pat. Appl. Tuner, High E This rare tuner was used only for a short period at Fender, from late '55 to early '57. These tuners are distinguished from the later single line tuners used from '57-'64 by the different Pat. No. 2356766 and the "Pat. Appl." designation on the base plate. This High E tuner is correct for your '56 Tele or Strat, and may be correct also for a later '55 or an early to mid '57 Tele or Strat.
    The tuner shows normal patina, shafts are straight, nice and tight, no play.
