The only thing more frustrating than a lock that won't work is trying to find a replacement for it! Now, you can avoid such hassles with brand new C4 Corvette Ignition Locks and Keys for 1984-1996 Corvettes.
If your door locks are not functioning properly, we offer OEM Corvette Door Lock Cylinders and Corvette Lock Pawls.
Tech Note: 1986-1996 VATS (Vehicle Anti Theft System) equipped Corvette Ignition Lock Cylinders are supplied with a "non-VATS" key that may be used to cut a new VATS type key sold below. You may determine the correct VATS code by having it determined by your local Chevrolet of the resistor pellet in your existing key.
Codes 1 through 15 have the following resistance values
·          1 =        .400 OHM
·          2 =      .525 OHM
·          3 =      .680 OHM
·          4 =      .885 OHM
·          5 =   1.13K OHM
·          6 =   1.465K OHM
·          7 =   1.86K OHM
·          8 =   2.360 OHM
·          9 =   3.02K OHM
·        10 =   3.73K OHM
·        11 =   4.75K OHM
·        12 =   6.05K OHM
·        13 =   7.5K OHM
·        14 =   9.54K OHM
·        15 = 11.79K OHM
