    Description

    Up for sale is a 1987 Fender Squier Bullet One S-3T Solid Body Electric Guitar - Black. In is unclear if this guitar was manufactured in Japan or Korea, it is not market anywhere on the guitar. The E-7 series is the 3rd generation of this model and they were produced in Korea however, the serial number on this guitar is number 44, a very early E-7 model so it was produced during a transitional period and is not quite the same as other standard 3rd version models based on information I found on the Squier Wiki website. The date on the neck appears to be late 1986 but it was hand written and I have been told that the Korean models have a sticker with writing on it. Also, the model number on the neck says "SQ-A", a model that was produced in Japan but the neck is the same as the S-3T. There is a lot of information on that website and this guitar has similarities of both the 2nd and 3rd version of this S-3T model so I would recommend doing some research on that website and make your own decision. Also, when I punch in the serial number in the Fender Squier serial number decoder, it says this guitar was manufactured in Japan, please see photo. Regardless of where it was made, this is a beautiful guitar with just minimal wear, light surfaces scratches and just a few tiny dings on the body edge. the guitar appears to be completely original, it does not look like anything has been changed or modified. I have cleaned the fretboard, adjusted the neck and set the action and it plays and sounds awesome, especially through a tube amp. The only issue I noticed is that the top edge of the low E nut has broken off but the string stays in place and does not buzz. Included with your purchase is only the guitar and Fender gig bag you see in the photos above and please note; the tremolo bar is missing and not included.
