Always stored in clean area, NON SMOKING, NO PETS HOME.  APPEAR to be one size fits most, adult or larger child, NOT for small children. Each costume has shoes, Gloves, outfit and head. Everything is very clean. Heads are stiff and not floppy, EXCEPT EARS! lol, each having a pad for top of person's head and an elastic chin strap. VERY high quality, not junk.  Very cool items.
