This is a BRAND NEW, unused 4th Edition of this popular and useful book of Program Standards.  I must admit I used these books extensively because I always wanted to be on the cutting edge to challenge my troop of 21 Girl Scouts.  The program standards listed in this book let you know the ratio of girls to adults, if additional insurance is needed, and what forms were necessary for each type of activity or trip.  Since these issues changed every year, it was important to check every time you left the meeting place for whatever reason.
Thus, this becomes an historical reference which is great for collectors and historians.
There is no writing and no name.  The dark colored cover shows shelf wear, but otherwise it appears to be unused and unread.
