    Description

    My sister collected hat pins for many years and even belonged to the Hat Pin Society and attended several conventions.  We now live in a retirement community and are trying to downsize our collections. She has 12 pins up for auction now.  Will combine to save on shipping.  Do not pay until I invoice you with the adjusted shipping cost.
    Elegant half doll with hands away, dressed in antique lace and sitting atop a sterling based hat pin box with velvet top.  Box measures 2 3/4" across and 4 1/4" from base to top of her head. No chips or cracks,  Gold toned hair, initials on sterling base, MEG. And the other side is "sterling 755 and a stylized "H" with 3 small balls across it.  No markings on half doll. Small beaded purse is also added and can hang from her arm.
