    8" tall hard plastic wind-up toy w/built-in key. Toy is complete w/detachable plastic umbrella w/metal rod handle that when in place, toy's height is 11" total. Mary Poppins has a cloth scarf, plastic flowers on hat and she holds a pattern fabric-covered cardboard carpetbag w/plastic handle. Comes w/key and toy works well, twirling about when wound. Scattered aging and wearing.
