I know very little about this tape except that it was added to the Association Library for new leaders to check out, and it never left the "Black Box" or Association Library.   At some point in the 1990s much of training was done at the new leader's own home by way of [then] advanced computerized information.  This is one of the first attempts, making this historically significant.  Here it is, unused and brand new.
