Rare 1944 Disney The Three Caballeros José Carioca & Donald Duck Vintage Toy Fan

This is a very rare vintage folding hand fan from around 1944. It has the image of The Three Caballeros: Panchito Pistoles, Donald Duck, and José Carioca. I have done some searching online and cannot find another one like this. I imagine it is something that would not last very long as it is quite fragile with thin wood and material. When folded, it measures 7-7/8" long. It opens to 13.5" across.
The fan is made out of wood with a printed image from the film in the center. Around it has been hand-painted to blend in. It is in amazing condition with no breaks to any of the wood pieces. It has a clear coating over the paint and the image. The clear coat is crackled which tells you that it's a very old piece. It is not peeling; just has fine cracks like almost any type of glaze or clear coat does with age. It also has hand-painted gold highlights that have slightly faded—another clue suggesting that this is an old piece.
The three characters are definitely from the movie The Three Caballeros that was made in 1944 by Walt Disney. This may have been something given away at the theatre or even sold in the concession area. It's hard to say because I have not been able to find another.
