Hi everyone, up for sale is a ULTRA RARE Lucy Lawless (Xena) SIGNED HEADSHOT 8x10 Photo!
This headshot is one of Lucy's ACTUAL headshots from the time when she was on Xena in 1997. In 1997, she attended a Hollywood event where she signed some of her headshots. This is one of those super rare headshots she signed at that event! Getting Lucy's signature when the show was still on was quite difficult since the show was filmed in New Zealand and Lucy only made a few appearances where fans can interact with her. In 1997, she signed autographs at the 1st Xena convention but after that she did not sign any autographs at conventions until after the show had ended.
If I am not mistaken, this is the first public event fans could get her autograph after her appearance at the January 1997 Xena Con in Burbank. One important factor that goes into the value of an autograph is when the celebrity signed that item. To have a photo Lucy signed when she was still actively playing Xena adds significant value to it in my opinion. In over 25 years of collecting Xena memorabilia, I have only see two of these signed headshots available for sale on eBay! In the last photo in my auction, there is a photo of Lucy signing one of these headshots at that event in 1997. I will E-mail a high resolution scan of that photo to the winner of the auction, without the watermark, (if they want it).
