Vintage 1965 Framus 5/114-54 “Fret Jet” Semi Hollow Body Electric Vintage Vibe.
In really nice shape. The logo on the headstock is partially gone. The rest of the guitar looks to be in very good vintage shape with some light weather checking that gives it a really nice vintage vibe.
Purchase is “as is” and there are no returns. The item has been checked and all pickups and switches seem to be working, the action is good but you may need to adjust for your preference. Guitar is very nicely playable in my opinion, a 45 year player.
This is the type of instrument that you just love to have around. I’m not even sure how much I ended up playing this but it was always displayed prominently in my home. When I did reach for it to play it, it played very nicely but as you might expect that is nicely as some of the very high end fenders in Gibsons. Yet it is a quality guitar unlike some of the Japanese models from this age and from the 70s.
This guitar is tons of really cool switches and if you’re into this kind of guitar that’s a bit unusual you will love having this one in your collection.
