Up for auction is a nice example of a Vintage Mosrite Ventures bass electric guitar.
This is an original made in USA version. Not one of the knockoffs you see on ebay. This is the real thing!
This bass was made in 1968 a year after they dropped the ventures logo from the headstock! The serial number dates the guitar to 1968 as do the pots.
Cosmetically the guitar is in good used condition with normal finish wear for the age this may included small nicks and scratches etc. There is some belt buckle wear on the back...nothing too bad! The bridge has a small chip out of the wood which is purely cosmetic. Please see pictures for details and email if you need anything specific.
It plays well and has decent action. With all vintage electric guitars you should give the guitar a setup to your personal preference when it arrives.
