Vintage Gibson Les Paul Custom black 1974-1976 made in the USA

This auction is for a Gibson Les Paul black custom guitar. This was bought new by my husband in 1976 as a package with a fender super reverb amp (Which is not included in this auction). It is in very good condition. I tried to take as many pictures as I could to show the condition. There is  very little wear to the surface of the guitar. The only thing not original to the guitar is the instrument jack cover, the original got broke and had to be replaced. Case is in good shape as well and has the original key. There is one leg missing on the bottom of the case.  This guitar has 2 humbucker pick ups. The pick ups and bridge have a little wear, wore off some of the gold plating due to playing, but not damaged. The first 5 frets have a little wear, but the guitar still plays excellent. We tried to do a serial number trace but only come up with a general time era when this guitar was made. According to what we could come up with the production was between 1974 - 1976. As I stated it was purchased new from a music store in 1976. If you have any questions please feel free to email and we will do our best to answer quickly.
