Vintage Harmony H-62 Electric Hollow Body Guitar… 1960… Good, Overall Condition.

For auction is a vintage Harmony guitar. This model H-62 hollow body electric dates to 1960 or slightly earlier and is in good overall condition. Wide body model. Some modifications include a reshaped headstock (Gibson look), Gibson tuners, modern P-90 style pickups, and replacement switching and controls. Body has had some cracks repaired but is stable. Neck is fairly straight and has a working truss rod. Very nice position markers. Frets are in good shape. Body and neck binding intact. Guitar has a medium action and plays well. Electrics are not fully functional and only the neck pickup and it's volume / tone controls work… Holds tune pretty well and sounds nice either acoustically or through a tube amplifier. Guitar has some Athens, Ga. music history and has been around. A bit of a project but quite playable as is and could be very nice. It does not come with a case. Vintage piece sold as is.
