    Description

For sale here is a Modified 1969 Harmony Rocket. Inside stamped 8-69 Made in USA and the numbers 5415 56-1. I put this guitar together about 4 years ago. The neck and body came from different places and joined nicely. The maple neck sports 19 brass frets on a rosewood fingerboard. The neck width at the nut measures 1 3/4" and the string height at the 12th fret measures 3/32" with plenty of adjustment left at the trussrod and bridge. The maple hollow body measures 16" at the lower bout, 11 1/2" upper bout, 9" at the waist and 2" deep. The bridge is the Tune-a-matic roller style on a rosewood base. The trapeze is a Hofner "Compensator" which adds to the awesome tone and appearance. The electronics consist of 2 Epiphone P-90 dogear single coil pickups. Controlled by 2 volume and 2 tone potentiometers each 500k. I used Russian Military K40y .002MK capacitors to give more bass and quick response. A 3-way switch controls the pickup selection. The guitar has buckle scratches on the back and many other nicks and chips I tried to show. Like new Gator hard shell archtop case included. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I will ship it as soon as Ebay transfers the payment to my account. It took 5 days last time so please be patient.
