Vintage Owl Pin Cushion, Scissor Holder, Ceramic Figurine ~ 6"tall

Vintage Owl Pin Cushion Scissor Holder Figurine.
I don't see any brand markings on this item, so it possibly Ardalt but I can't confirm that.  This vintage piece is in excellent condition, except the scissors which are broken and wired together, as well as tarnished.  The pic cushion fabric is probably discolored, but I have no idea what color it should be ..my guess is gold.
The owl itself is free of chips, cracks, and repairs.
I'm not an expert on this item or any other items I may have listed.  Please review all pictures and ask questions if you are looking for specific identifying marks or features that aren't shown.
I'm cleaning out my mother's house, including an extensive owl collection, so there will be a lot more to come.
