Vintage RARE Kimax USA AE-55 Air Indicator Cement Mortar Paste Glass Measurer

Description

Vintage Kimax Glass Air Indicator measurement device for cement mortar paste. Kimax printed on the side of the glass. It has a rubber -type stopper as well as a brass/copper colored end 'cup' at the end of the stopper where it goes into the glass tube. Measures about 6.5" including stopper. Comes with directions for use which includes a conversion table. The directions are marked with Mfd by L.M. Chase North Bridge Maine. In a plain heavy cardboard box with Mortar Test handwritte on it. Belonged to a highway engineer who worked for NY State in the 1970s.
Overall good condition showing light age and wear. I don't know if any parts are missing, so please view photos carefully.
